If you choose to drive, there is a parking lot that can hold between 50 and 60 cars right across the street from the church's main entrance.

The reception site is downtown and is a 10 to 20 minute cab ride away from the Lincoln Park, the neighborhood where the church is located.
The ceremony will be over at around 4 or 4:15. Cocktail hour doesn't start until 6pm, so that gives you a great opportunity to explore the city a bit. The Cultural Center is right across the street from Chicago's wonderful Millennium Park, home of the famous "Bean" sculpture and the Pritzker Pavillion. Our reception site is also blocks away from the "Magnificent Mile" where you could pop into some of the many stores along Michigan Ave. You could also check out the flagship Marshall Field department store (officially re-named Macy's in 2006) which houses one of the oldest Tiffany glass ceilings. There are also tons of fun bars and restaurants in Lincoln Park. Pop your head into any of them on Clark Street and you'll be guaranteed a good time!
